It was a religious pun, concocted during long hours of philosophy talks. I am a legally ordained nondenominational reverend and I preach the good word of thinking for yourself. I am addicted to the internet, caffeinated beverages, and drawing which skill or no, I do compulsively. I place said drawings on this site. Sometimes people even like to look at my sleep-deprived caffeine induced artistic abominations. I also maintain the illusion of a meaningful existence by the use of a personal blog (also on this site) where I post various musings and/or complete crap. I do strange things solely for personal amusement (hence this site). I love a good conversation but have no interest in random idiots or solicitations. My work is in a constant state of change and (hopefully) improvement and functions more as an outlet or obsession than anything else. Much is also experimental which can turn out some horrible results and encourage doubt towards the artistic value of what I produce. With that said let me remind you that I’m not here to please and I do what I do because it’s what I do. I like to try different things and I periodically get hung up on a subject, theme, style, or concept that grabs my interest. I try not to take my art too seriously but I still put a lot of time and effort into what I make and it is meaningful to me. While I am not here to please I do still enjoy feedback if it’s constructive or simply polite. There is nothing to be gained be being cruel or rude. When I'm not compulsively doodling I spend my time working at Dragon Port Games & Comics, a locally owned store made of pure awesome; and procuring a fortified compound and/or homestead deep in the Minnesota wilderness. I also like to spend time with my better half and express my love by randomly biting him and screeching about nonesense. I like all sorts of things -- art (making it, looking at it, etc.), green things, philosophy, BDSM, & pomegranates -- I'll add more later.  If you need to reach me, whether it's something super important or not, email is usually best. A note on IMs: It's not uncommon for me to leave my computer on with a messenger program running. However, the fact that I'm logged in doesn't necesarilly indicate that I'm anywhere near my computer, or that I'll be checking it anytime soon. It's really not appreciated when people spaz out because I'm not responding. I also log on/off frequently due to my router resetting, I realize this can cause confusion/frustration but again, responding poorly or jumping to conclusions isn't appreciated. If I do not want to talk to you I will not hesitate to bluntly say so! Likewise, don't be a jerk if I don't want to talk to you. I'll give anyone a chance but the number of complete strangers who fly into a rage when I don't want to converse with them is alarming. Please be polite and show respect and I will do the same.
