I really need a better scan of this because the pink on the inner ear and nose got completely washed out and some parts look a little blurry. Anyways, experimenting with watercolour again. Posterboard was not the best material to paint on but I didn't want to waste the good watercolour paper until I knew what the Hell I was doing... This was fun to do since I used different materials and sort of blended styles a bit... Kade is actually painted with India ink, the majority of this is watercolour, coloured pencil for the stars, metallic silver gel pen on the jewelry/metal details, and of course pen. Not to mention a nonmorphic Kade! I like trying to get the breeds to show correctly... I tool liberties with his eyes though, since his eyes are technically brown and the ice blue is from coloured contacts in his human/anthro forms.
